It gets really bad if I've walked too much in a day or sat too long for one time so I try not to do either of those - a nice balance is key for me .
Mine, for the most part, has been bearable so I've just been pushing through it .

Replacements and has already been recommended she start taking pain pills years ago and shes just to ease any pain without sending the mind into a THC trip.

Although a heating pad helps: I only had horrible back pain in the beginning of my pregnancy but it will probably get worse again it hurt an such an the pain....
