This can be quite deadly, especially when.
Just a reminder, paint fumes are heavier than air and will settle and accumulate in sunken areas like a swimming pool.

I had the man paint the deck, he cleaned it painted 2 coats and after weeks, 6 8 weeks, it starting to peel in various places, more and more
what is wrong.

We have come across pool with ruined marble plaster in less....
When you of marble plaster was applied to the pool as well as maintenance on the pool.
Jongie, from scratch (ie new pool) you're looking at anything from 15-25 years.
