That will have your PAP2 send a keep alive type.
Check that value and lower it down to 15 or even 5 seconds .
If you can, go into your PAP2 and look for the NAT Keep Alive Intvl.
Problem related with NAT.

I suggest you enable the firewall logging and investigate further looking at the log entries .
I am using snom phones with external providers and a asterisk pbx behind 1.8.510, everithing works ok .
