2 blocks of flats with 60 residences.
Each residence has either an allocated space or a garage.
Deeds state only one vehicle per residence...

Of parking I could have parked on either but there was no space so had to park in the one that covered? The offence code is 24 - Not parking correctly within the markings of the bay or space.
