Hey,
I have several UIButtons on top of a UIScrollView. Each of the buttons do something when the pressUpInside method is called.
What happens is that is the scroll view is scrolled when the area between the UIButtons is pressed, everything is working...

Have you tried setting canCancelContentTouches = YES in your scroll view?
How is the button set in Interface Builder? If you want the buttons to react even if the user drags their finger away - have the button call its action on touchDownInside instead... .

Designing a press pass I'm designing a press pass for my campus news paper. They are starting to get strict on who is allowed on the Field and Courts. I was the press pass to look official and not something a kid did in paint.

Couldn't you just spend a few minutes making a mapping table of your own?
