You are not responsible for patient misconduct. I would not rely on "grapevine" information. Unless you have been notified officially, they are still legal from your perspective. It is the states obligation to notify you.

Appreciate the posts all... I called the # on the MMMP site, they are processing applications back from July right now. So I would find it strange that the state would send a letter out so quickly, to a caregiver, if the Patient is dropped from the program...
