On my job they are telling us it is okay to work 24 patients to one Cna, somehow I think this is very unfair to both patients and the night Cna's...by the way I am on the night shift. By the end of my shift I am really exhausted and have to take 2 tylenols...

The doctor said my recall patients will be seen every 30 min. Is it possible to update med history, xrays and cleaning in 30 mins? I mean some people's mouths are dirtier than others. And what if they show up late.
