Just keep the full formula as a string: i.e: "pay=((0.3 * Basic) + 800) and then parse it into a tree .
If you store the formulas as in for example JEP (for java) it's not much of a problem .

Take your pay stubs and do the math, that's the only way to find out .
You might also be getting paid payroll.
payroll, you get 24 checks per year and on biweekly, you get 26.
The solution can be a payroll service, a professional accountant, payroll software, etc.
