She didn't put the camera in the watermelon - she made the watermelon into a camera! I've never made a pinhole camera, but I've always found them very impressive .

Some things I forgot to mention on the videos:
1. the wick is 3mm fat
2. if you want to make the center post sits lower on mods that have a deep center post then you just put a thinner o-ring under the center post of Penelope
3. it doesnt leak at all ...

I got a Penelope birds nest a couple weeks ago at a local *** swap and I noticed it is bleaching somewhat and turning black at the base and tips! I don't know why can someone please help me I love this thing!

Down low it gets it's green branch/purple tips back quickly, tough coral to place imo... .
I believe the ponape likes less light, put it lower in your tank or give it a shadier spot
Mine goes white on the tips if too much light .
