At one point, I found myself beginning to shake uncontrolably, deathly afraid and anxious decided to stop taking Yaz.
The comercial is wonderful, "Where're not gonna being on Yaz.

I have taken Yaz birth control for about 5 years and have never had a problem with it. I usually take it as is and do not skip the placebo pills so I still have a regular period. However, the last two months I have not had a period at all. No spotting...

Skipping one period while on birth control is common and usually nothing to be worried about take a pregnancy test last month because it was so uncommon for me not to have a period at all.

I just found out that Yasmin has been discontinued. The only other option is to take Yaz, has anyone here made the switch from Yasmin to Yaz? What's the difference?

yaz only kept me period free for about 12 days....
Before Yaz, I had tried...the same emotionally/mentally, but i had a lot of breakthrough bleeding.
For me by shortening the duration of my period and making it much much lighter.

In my experience, certain BC pills DEFINITELY trigger mine.

If it were me I'd stay on the....
If you are happy with YAZ (I have many friends on it for years and they like option too).
I had my best results alleviate the Peri symptoms.
Seriously.
Back when I was on bcp I tried yaz and it made me psycho.
