It seems like whenever i increase my milage or even lose a couple of pounds my periods are more frequent?!
Anyone else experience this?? It seems like everyone i read about loses their period or it becomes irratic! Not my luck!

So the title says it all. I'm just wondering if there is a safe way to stop from having periods completely. I've wanted to ask my doctor for years but always feel really strange as I assume she's going to want to know my reasons why.
