My dad alwasy says, "No rodents in the house!". Why not hamsters are soooo adorable? Aren't they? I have tried to convince him they are, but he won't listen. He said if I keep my room clean for a month he would seriuosly consider it. I cannot wait until...

A lot of times, parents let their kids have pets, but they make the kids pay for EVERYTHING, like my parents.
Their concern is that you're going to lose.
I know, it's hard to convince parents for a pet.

Your dog tax sounds like our pet registration fee that most cities require.
It covers everything from doctor this, but I do live in the states .
