Poor reception with new phone and plan....HELP? We have been with AT&T who changed to Cingular who changed to the New AT&T. When it came time to renew our contract with the Cingular "formerly AT&T", we were told that our existing phones could not be used any more. One was almost new I might add. Instantly... Reporting Poor Phone Company? Well my road was re-paved about 3 months ago, so they ripped up all our phone lines.
