Can not get audio on sip/soft phone apps for iPhone, Bria, media 5, 3cxPhone. external only. Everything works if I am on the local network.
I can make and send calls but there no audio.
Everything works internal and externa for X-Lite on my mac.

I need to know what is needed to hook up 2 remote phones to a IP Office 500 it has embedded and is in standard mode with 10 1416's. I would appreciate any help. The IT guy said he could build the vpn's.

If you plan on making your IP phones into *VPN licenses per phone and you need IP phones.
License and they would act like any other IP phone.

Of ways TBH I don't think its possible as the Genius unit itself is provisioned to Orcon's phone.

I'm talking about the phone device itself. Not phone service, i.e. AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, etc.
Also not talking about music.
I'm talking, specifically, of listening to a person's voice when you hold your cell phone up to your ear.

I've used the really basic Nokia 2610 (released by ATT) and it seemed like a phone which, etc.
Some handsets I've felt adequately loud for everyday use my parents felt were too 'soft' or 'muffled'.

Only way I can get, I have only had the phone for a coule....
What symptoms you're is that the phone won't come out of sleep (press power button and nothing happens).
Why not?
You don't tell us why you're having to do said soft reset.
