Do i have to pay for physiotherapy if the doctor referred me? I have torn my bicep and tricep and the doctor has booked me in for physiotherapy. Do I have to pay for this if the doctor referred me?

Do this....
Raise it as high as you are comfortable with while pulling firmly but gently back on the toe for maybe a couple of minutes .
Lie on your back and take hold of the big toe of the leg concerned .
It can be addressed by the "big toe" exercise in Yoga .
May is Physiotherapy Month. Even the Great One's Dad gets his physio in to stay active!

I practice crutching it around pretty much on a daily basis (for at least a few feet) so long... .
Posted 03 March 2012 - 09:56 PM I am able to "walk" SHORT distances with my crutches although it aint "pretty" it IS however "functional" for SHORT distances .
