Do i have to pay for physiotherapy if the doctor referred me? I have torn my bicep and tricep and the doctor has booked me in for physiotherapy. Do I have to pay for this if the doctor referred me?

Do this....
Raise it as high as you are comfortable with while pulling firmly but gently back on the toe for maybe a couple of minutes .
Lie on your back and take hold of the big toe of the leg concerned .
It can be addressed by the "big toe" exercise in Yoga .

I got my injury in 1989. Then l was 8yrs old. When my spinal cord injury was stable and l left hospital l was very committed to doing exercises. I had callipers. And crutches that l practised walking with everyday. Well...

I practice crutching it around pretty much on a daily basis (for at least a few feet) so long... .

I am able to "walk" SHORT distances with my crutches although it aint "pretty" it IS however "functional" for SHORT distances .

Has anyone had access to these vibration plates as part of their rehab/physio? Now my hardware and fusions are solid with bone this is something I 'd like to try - with caution but i guess I'm concerned about falling off...
