I find swallowing pills difficult, if i wrap a pill in bread and swallow it would the pill still work? Would it take longer to kick in?

No, it would still work fine, but I don't see how wrapping the pill in even more stuff would help taking a drink before putting the pills in your mouth so you won't taste them, and if that doesn't a drink first and then take the pills....
