I got ...

Is there a "right" way to do this? I know MotoSeries requires them to be safety wired so I want to make sure I do it the right way before the next event. Pics of your pins wired would help a ton!

I found a good use for safety pins!
I've heard of people sewing dividers into their pants pockets so slipjoints stay upright, and I tried it for the first time yesterday after becoming agitated with my Vic Farmer flopping around. It works nicely, but...

This is a very specific question.
With non-revolver, non mag-load derringers, when a pin rests on a round, a shock to the firearm (such as dropping on cement or similar trauma) might result in a misfire.
Derringer manufacturers have created many systems...

Hey everyone.
Recently (well, the past 6/7 months but more so in the past week) I've taken up cross stitching. My girlfriend's birthday is coming up and since she's adamant that I'm not to buy her anything, I decided I'd make her some little badges instead...

Haha, I didn't mean to sew through the safety pin, more sewing the safety pin....
Of the badges, so I might see how things go when I just put the safety pin through the loop, I just worried it'd rattle a bit much.

Makes for a stronger pin in the rifle.
Like the standard pins.

Did you put the pin back? I just used good punches and a little forethought/eyebugging before striking lawyer could use against you in court....
To protect me of my family, and there is nothing about a magazine safety that would change that.

I bought a Browning 525 a few months ago, mainly for game shooting. The only thing I don't like is the manual safety. Can these guns be converted to an auto safety?

Just curious:
I know on the S&W M&P pistols, the safety lever can be very easily removed as it is just a physical block type system. It's not at all integral to the mechanics of the trigger system.
What about the safety on the Ruger? Can it, too, be removed...

I know the safety on my M&P was definitely in the way.
I just wonder about it being "in the way" both in carrying and in shooting .
Use the safety at all.
