It's not really plagiarism, he's only copying the poses. Almost all of the people in his 'copies' look nothing like the people from the photo's anyways. source

First, while you don't publish a business plan, you may be showing it to other people. So you should make sure that information taken from other sources is referenced. That being said, it is not a published paper, so you aren't going to be held to the same standards as an academic paper. So reference your sources, make sure you don't pass off other people's material as your own, and you should be ok. source

I don't think the SPMA-T from Star Wars was created after the ECE bonus pack for UT2004 was released. Yes, I admit the article I linked to was created afterwards, but Wookieepedia has only been around since March 2005 so September 2005 is when they finally got around to starting this article. source
