Hi everyone!
Tomorrow will be the end of week 3 and I haven't lost a single lb! It's so frustrating and I'm gutted. I thought the first few weeks the scales would shoot down but I've been mistaken. I did the cambridge diet last year and this never happened...

On TS there really isn't any way you can not lose, so maybe... .
Haven't lost a single pound since you started or haven't lost this week?
Either way, I know it must be very frustrating when the scales don't budge but if you can, try and stay away from them .

I have hit the dreaded plateau. I may need motivation through this bit... I hate the fact that I'm eating right and being more active. But not seeing results. How long does it last? Will my body adjust itself then continue to get the weight off?

You also may need to change up your exercise routine of worked out that for every 8lb I lost... .
Edited by wellbert on Mon 01/30/12 08:22 AM How long have you been on a plateau? It may be time and higher calories can help break a plateau.

I've hit a plateau beginning on day 15, and it's now day 20.
Just wondering what to do in this case.
I use Ketostix, and my body is burning fat, but I'm not dropping any weight?
Wondered if it was the hcg itself?

Stick....
That's a plateau.
So is this a weight plateau where you are doing everything RIGHT and the scale isn't budging? OR is it a brain plateau, where you aren't feeling your head in the game to move".
The tough times will do the job.
