So as you may recall last week I was crying about a plateau right before I went under 300 lbs. I was stuck at 301. Frustrated the hell out of me for over a week. I'm glad to say I am now off the plateau and at a slim 294 :-) Guess them 3 mile walks do...

Way over 2000 calories, but I do know that when I hit my plateau the only thing that started breaking it was eating over my 1200 calories.
Out of curiosity, what is the longest plateau you've ever had? Hope this will encourage some people as well as myself!

NOT HAPPY! About two weeks.
6 months now..
I have had times my weight loss slowed, but I just upped my calories and got going again .
So far i have not had one.

This morning I was 2.5 lbs under the plateau beast.

If your goal is right than....
I never change my do, does.
I change my diet (macros/cals) around when I hit a plateau.
Try lifting heavy weights.
I did also increase my work outs too.
A plateau and broke through by raising my calories a bit.
