So as you may recall last week I was crying about a plateau right before I went under 300 lbs. I was stuck at 301. Frustrated the hell out of me for over a week. I'm glad to say I am now off the plateau and at a slim 294 :-) Guess them 3 mile walks do...

I found this last week after I googled "How to break through a plateau". I did it and now I'm losing weight again.

Way over 2000 calories, but I do know that when I hit my plateau the only thing that started breaking it was eating over my 1200 calories.

I've lost 40lbs and still trying to lose another 30lbs but I have hit a plateau.. Any suggestion on how to get past this? I have increased my cardio, althought, I know i need to start doing weights but I HATE it.

What does everyone do to get past their plateau? I seem to have hit one. I've been trying to work out more (I hate cardio so much!). It's just frustrating staying within the same 2-3 pound range and fluctuating up and down even though I feel am I eating...

If your goal is right than....
I never change my do, does.
I change my diet (macros/cals) around when I hit a plateau.
Try lifting heavy weights.
I did also increase my work outs too.
A plateau and broke through by raising my calories a bit.
