Which is hair straightener is better, a flat iron with titanium plates or ceramic plates?

I use a ceramic.
Ceramic plates so it doesn't burn your hair.
I would use ceramic plate, it gets a whole lot straighter.
But if your have thick,curly etc.
Plus you wouldn't need a high temperature.

$0.30/lb is usually a good deal - I wouldn't mind paying that price if I needed some plates if I needed some plates.

What is better for laying gages out prior to calibration- granite plates or aluminum plates for acclimating? Gages are laid out from 4 to 12 hours usually.
Or can they be laid out on any type of steel?

How are you getting along with the plates? I use it in plastic clingwrap...
I would think so, just lay the layer of clay between two plates with plastic wrap and trim after squishing em together? Experiment and report back.

Should I keep the original plates as they are the original plates or should I just put on my personalised plates that I own?
The only reason why I am questioning to put them on or not is because...

I think they call it "customising" the plates (because you have the option of reconfiguring the plateI see cars all the time that are....
