1- Can someone please explain the difference between the game modes.
2- How do I change classes?
3- I unlocked a weapon but I cant seem to be able to equip...

When in a server, you can change your weapons before you ... .
You can change classes when you die.
Conquest is basically CTF, Rush is...well you have to disarm/arm a bomb, Squad Deathmatch is Squad Deathmatch .
Most of those are extremely self explanatory.

I got past the great ape in the story mode and I was able to close out the Sayin Saga. The production values continue to be horrible and the cut scenes touch of parts of the story line that could have easily been dropped...
