Just a strange question thrown open here, but does anyone know if there is a current world record for the playing time in Table Tennis, for example 3days etc. Not the rally but the continuous playing time on a Table.

But if I play anytime during the day I use alot of it..
Use it before going out to the tennis court? I try to play in the early evening - like 5-7 or so - then I can skip.

I am a 4.0 and have been for a few years. Last year I had my 2nd really strong season in a row and was early-start rated to 4.5. After the year end adjustment I was back to being a 4.0 again, firmly placing me at the top of the 4.0 band in this section...

You wasted too much time ....
You wasted too much time this winter playing 7.0 mixed, which 4.5.
If you can't even get a return in, you are jumping over a lot of people and playing just need to play more 4.5.
Competitive play.

Untouchable serve Huge power off both wings Amazing angles (especially the backhand) Great defense (not fastest runner but great slider) Calm (I don't mind grunting, but she doesn't grunt either) DEMOLISHING everyone's second serve. It's hard to watch...

It's easy when you only play competitively part time, the rest of the WTA is on a full time schedule, where play great defense nor have overly offensive serves (Sharapova did at one point).
