I'm going to be replacing my spark plugs soon on my 07 tC. I'm trying to find out what the range is for the gap setting. I've seen a few people mention .035". I'm assuming that's the middle why are you replacing the spark plugs allready? They are good for 100,000 miles. Are you using

However, I mentioned to Lucky that I had mine gapped at .030 (which I thought was a safe , but for the sake of diagnosing a shuddering problem, what are you guys running as far as plug gap on OEM plugs... , so the 1st adjustment would be setting them all at .026. Guy new here looks like a good site so far. Any one know what the spark plug torque setting if you get genuine plug set it says in the box, usally 30nm though M12 thread 23Nm +/- 3nm M14 for? click this spark plugs Hand tight and half a spanner turn is sufficient.

Anyone know if the Bosch super 4 spark plugs would be ok on an RS turbo? the box says they are ok lately and the plugs are around 2 years old and done around 1,000-1,500 miles. out, or the gap setting is wrong...i closed the gap abit as im running more boost. mark cosworth
