We found out this week that we have excessive moisture in the crawl space under our basement wood subfloor. To remedy the problem, we have to have a new sump pump, a new drain, the soil treated, and the entire area encapsulated with a heavy duty moisture...

Hello everyone,
Any time I use a sink, toilet, or my washer, the waste water floods my basement! The white plastic pipe connected into the black PBV pipe is overflowing., What's wrong?! Can I fix it myself?? Is it an expensive repair?

Only two basic rules in plumbing...shit flows downhill and don't chew your fingernails! A guy can do and raise you one, Cobalt, on your plumbing....
