Getting ready to purchase bulbs for the actinic supplementation of my 4X24 watt T5s. Should I go 100% blue plus or do half and half blue plus and pure actinic?

As a former owner of a Pocketbook 360 who got a bad apple (broken on/off switch), I was intrigued by the new 360 plus-dark blue- that I saw lurking on the net recently. So any rumors of a 360 plus with pearl in the coming year? Tempted to buy it again...

What's the difference between using oracle's plus notation over the ansi standard 'join' notation?

It's also considered much less readable, although if you come from the + background... .
It's use is considered "old fashioned", and also is not as database portable as the ANSI JOIN syntax .
The notation is still supported as of Oracle 10 (and I believe 11) .
