I write poetry to clear mind and have the beautiful images in my mind put on paper. I love to write poetry about nature and how the nature interacts with itself. Usually I sit in the woods and just listen and then translate it to words. Spring Rose. source

Well perhaps it is due to the fact that romantisism in England lasted far longer that it did in the rest of Europe and that had an influence on the american poets which still tend to get as far as surrealism but don't delve too much into the magical realism of the latino caribbean poets and the corresponding diaspora, or maybe it was just that migration patterns started a lot later between England and its carrbbean empire, but yes the canadians are writing poetry in magical realism a lot more than the americans but not so in england and very little in the US most of it written by the diaspora from different countries, so as fat away as Palestian and other Arab and Asian countries. The Latino Caribbean poet came up because Rafa is Puerto Rican and lives in Puerto Rico. He is very young no more than 26 I would say and is one of an army, no a batalion of young writers on the island that are writing in English, and french.
