Politics: How much have Republicans changed since the 80's? When I hear Reagan speak I hear a man that would be chased out of the Republican party today. I hear a true conservative.

Not surprised, my parent were republican supporters until 1988/1992 but switched to Democratic Party after Republican Party became more right than ever.
