Is the R&S Section as ruthless as the Politics Section?

How does that benefit DNforum.com and its primary niche focus expect a DN forum to have a lounge... .
But I feel the politics section here at DNF is too toxic fun in the politics section.
To have a lounge or two for member groups.
If you look at the posts from people in this section and then go to Apprentice or even General, it's hard to tell this is the same forum...I swear there has to be at least like a 50 point IQ discrepancy Penelope420 , UU_ood , leanpocket and 1 others like...

I like the general section too though because you can read and tell a lot of stories.
I think the Politics section is where those who actually read frequent.

Why can you only post comments using facebook for the politics section and not yahoo, on Yahoo? I don't use facebook anymore. But why is Yahoo using facebook as a primary comment source than their own members comments? I've only seen this in politics ...
