Trim off all fat and loosely wrap pork in al foil let rest for 30minutes this is not so much as to let it cook more outside part of BBQed pork....
Buy large joint of pork, the larger the better (Butt or Picnic).
As I understand them to be.
Pork butt roast is on sale for $1.49/lb. at our local grocery store so I'd like to make pulled pork sandwiches for dinner next week. Does anyone have a simple pulled pork recipe for the slow cooker that they really enjoy? TIA!

If I want bbq pulled pork, I just.
Fill the bottom 1/4 of the crock pot with water .
Add the pork, then pepper and seasoning salt to the top.
One cubed onion, fresh garlic in the bottom of the crock pot .

This staple keeps me going! love to scoop tuna salad onto them! U must try the pork rind french toast too I like them with queso fundido.
