Pork?
Bacon is good on sandwiches but with breakfast I prefer a tiny bit of sausage or no meat at all. We like ribs and roast and I've made both beef and pork. I'm not sure if NB has a preference but I prefer the flavor of beef. Although I will say the pork roast made some tasty taco fixings. He likes pork chops but I've never cared for them.

I prefer the leaner pork that's available nowadays. I avoided pork for years because it was so fatty .

How much pulled pork for 12 people?
Yeah, I would definitely cook extra just in case, while planning on having leftovers. The last time I cooked butts, I cooked just under 14 pounds for 6 people.

Hmmm I am thinking Sous-Vide using an immersion circulator. I might be barking up the wrong tree but that is what pops into my mind.
