You should use an instant read type thermometer and check the center of the thickest part - it should read 160F. .
A: At 350F it shold take about 2 hours.

I slow cook it over the course of the day .
Shredd the roast and add it back Pepper pork shoulder recipe a lot.
Bottle of favorite BBQ sauce into the crock and turn it on high .
