1 teaspoon chinese 5 spice powder.

I'm having people over for lunch tomorrow and plan on cooking a roast pork. I don't usually bother with cracking, as we don't eat it, but figure other people will expect it with pork

A: At 350F it shold take about 2 hours.

So good.
I slow cook it over the course of the day .
Shredd the roast and add it back Pepper pork shoulder recipe a lot.
Bottle of favorite BBQ sauce into the crock and turn it on high .
