Pretty much take the pills and hope.
I think if you just take the supplements, eat potassium-rich foods and rest of some diuretics, unless they are the "potassium-sparing" type.

If I can't safely take more than 5% of the RDA of potassium per hour, how am I supposed to get the RDA?
Add to this that many feel the RDAs are loe, and its a real problem.

I take a total of 8 potassium pills.
I love Celtic or Himalayan salt for my foods.
Much better and easier than that salt.
I use potassium pills I can find in my grocery store.
Just like salt to me.
