Do you have to peel the potatoes when you make a potato salad? My family is cooking potato salad and we are having a hard time peeling. Can we just not peel it?

I hardly ever then by all means peel them.
Just dice them with the peel on, cook them, and continue with your potato salad.
Then i think you can eat the potato.
Give them a good cleaning.
I think if you boil the potato's first.

The key is to slice the spuds very thin, even better with a mandolin if you have one? Mine is always lovely, have always used Delia's recipe .

Ingredients are listed from most to least...so, if potato is the first ingredient listed.
Look at the % and you will see many of the ingredients barely count, just look for the potato content.
