They do feel very different from underwired bras (and I felt looked not very attractive) but they are very comfortable and do provide the support you need... .
I found some in Marks and spencers(always a winner!) and also Mothercare .
Not underwired is best.

And that would not be a wise thing for your baby .
And also, coffee is known to increase the level of histamine and the HCL level in the stomach .

I very rarely ever get leg cramps (maybe once a year at night) .
