In my experience, there is no way to hide it .
But i would worry more about hiding symptoms of being pregnant, since a pregnancy is what a child would do.
For the same woman with each pregnancy.

I don't have answers for you, just a thought. When I get sick, it's usually in the middle of my period. Although I haven't researched it, I believe that my immune system is lower at that time. Probably totally normal, but weird. Hope you get the answers...
