I have always been a lurker ever since I was pregnant with my twins in 2010.. We have been trying for our 3rd since July 2011.. I have been thinking a lot lately how hard it will be if I do get pregnant this month... Carrying the pregnancy for 9months...

Since the twins were an unplanned pregnancy, I feel like I got jipped of any normalcy.
That being said, especially in 3rd tri, I am tired- its first .

In general the chances are much safer for a single... .
So you just never know.
Symptom wise this singleton pregnancy is easier than my twin pregnancy twin pregnancy after that....
With the twins, its been a hot mess.

So from what I've read a blood test is generally needed after delivery to determine whether twins are identical or not.
But from what I see here on this board, it seems as though some of you already know whether you are expecting identical twins or not...

Found out just after Xmas that we were having twins after having a FET (with one blasto I should add). Due to my history I have been scanned eavery week and have seen heartbeat at 6, 7 and 8 weeks. Today at 9 weeks only one baby had a heartbeat...
