What is to be expected? I'm feeling big and it's harder to do as much. After working all day I'm beat. I'm hoping when I stop working energy will return.

Hi,
I'm 13+3 weeks pregnant with identical twins.
At my first scan at 6+2 we could see 2 sacs, but only 1 pole and heartbeat.
At 7+1 we could see 2 sacs, 2 poles and 1 heartbeat and by 7+5 we could see 2 of both, so number 2 has always seemed that bit...
