Has anyone tried Hot Rox Extreme? - John Stone Fitness Forums
I'm thinking about trying it...It's just mighty expensive, so if anyone has had good or bad experiences with it...let me know!

I would save the money and just watch clalories.
There are scientific studies that support some of the ingredients that promote fat loss, such as yohimbine ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17214405 ).
For me I don't like playing games with my body on supplements that are really unknown.
But the advertisment does say: Quote: : Makes you feel as happy as TC backstage at a Victoria Secret's fashion show, and smells like raspberry chutney .

Yeah, I tried them a while back.
I had to take a couple, 3, to feel anything.
I honestly didn't lose anymore fat on them than I did when I didn't use them.
I just felt jumpy.
Eating right is the way to go.
Save the money.
I see T-Nation recommending them in some of their programs where you are on uber low carbs.
The extra little kick might give you the energy you need to have a good workout.
But after trying those approaches I would rather eat a healthy amount of food and cut on a proper hypo-caloric diet.

I tried them for a couple months awhile back.
Didn't do anything for me that a couple cups of coffee or a low carb monster couldn't.
I'd much rather spend the money on xtend or another bcaa during a cut.
