Kaplan Medicine or Step Up to Medicine? | Step II | Student Doctor Network

Which one is better for step 2 ck.i just scored 85 in step one.so really want to score high this time atleast to 95 .advice plz

I don't know it will help you or not. Whatever books you read , it's ok.

Just do UW questions at the same time. You can learn a lot from questions.

Books are just for reviewing. Most people use kaplan because it's more popular.

Actually, most people around here prefer Step Up to Medicine for Step 2 ck.

I did not use Kaplan Internal Medicine, so I can't comment on it exactly but I did use some of the other Kaplan books and thought they were very good.

If I had to guess, I would say Step Up is probably more complete, but will take more time to read.

If time is limited or if you would just prefer to stick with all Kaplan books, I think you can't go wrong with the Kaplan set.

Like the previous poster said, just make sure you are using the books to supplement UW.
