First, you need to find the time for working.
If you are going to make any money, it will require a job, that requires time.
You cannot get something for nothing.
Look for weekend jobs, 2-3 nights during the work.
You need to decide what is more important, your social life or earning money.
If your time is taken up by school or sports, church or family, then maybe it is not the right time for you to be working.
Ask your parents if you can do extra things around the house for extra cash.

-selling old junk online(if ur parents allow you) or having a garage sale

Kind of a contradiction.
If you do not have time for a job than how do you expect to earn money.
It is really a matter of priorties.
However, the first thing to do is ask your parents if there are any chores they need done around the house that they would be willing to pay you for.
Like extra cleaning, washing the cars, stuff like that.
Than extend that to other family members and neighbors.
Yard work, Babysitting etc., dog walking, house sitting, house work

Mow lawns, wash cars, rake leaves and shovel (i know its not the season, but it will be eventually) babysit, offer to water plants, retrieve mail, etc.
When neighbors go on vacation, pet sit for people who go on vacation, dog walk, uhmmm, i think babysitting would be the easiest, sorry can't think of any more!
