Hi, how can i turn my personal myspace to a myspace music for my band?

There is no way to do that.

You must start a new band account for your band using a different e-mail address.

It's probably a good idea to keep your personal account as well.

You can't. you'll need to sign up again as a music profile, using a different email address than you used for your current account.

Keep this account too tho.

I find it quite useful to have a personal account separate from my music pages. (you used to be able to convert a regular profile into a music profile, but that was quite a long time ago.)
