Cancelling myspace with myspace email

I want to cancel my account, but I hve a myspace email.

How do i cancel my account?

I tried changing my email back to my original, but in order to cancel my account you have to click the link in your email.

How do i retrieve my email from my myspace.It isnt being sent to my actual myspace inbox to cancel.
