Coming back to USA with 2 weeks of valid stamped visa + visa approval - ImmigrationPortal Forums

Hi Guys, Your suggestions are appreciated.

I have a visa stamped on my passport until Oct 09, 2006.

I moved to another company and hold H1 approval until July, 2007.

I have some plans to go to India for 5 weeks vacation starting from August 20th i.e., coming back to US on September 24th.

Is it okay to re-enter with only two weeks valid stamped visa and another company visa approval?

Please suggest. Thanks for your time.

There should not be any problems.

I94 will come with expiration date of new approval.
