Xtend, Creatine, Glutamine, Hydroxycut..Ok to Mix Pre-Workout? - Bodybuilding.com Forums
Wanted to get some info.
In mixing these supps pre-workout?
I will be taking Whey, creatine, glutamine, and Vitargo S2 post-workout as well as drinking my Xtend throughout the day.
I figured I could mix 1.5 grams of the creatine and glutamine (as well as taking my hydroxycut) in with the Xtend Pre-Workout....would this be o.k.??

Yea thats all fine to use together.
Few things tho:
1.5g of creatine isnt going to do much for you, take 5g and IMO its a lot more beneficial to take it pre-workout.
Xtend- you can sip it throughout the day, but unless your hardcore cutting your diet should keep you good throughout the day as far as aminos/protein go.
Just sip 4-8 scoops intra workout.
Glutamine- Glutamine IMO doesnt do much for your muscle;
Its good for your stomach tho, so if you want to drink something through out the day I would sip on this.
And there are better fat burners out there than hydroxy cut, a lot better ones, but if you have it already give it a try.
So something like this:
Through out the day- Glutamine
PreWorkout (30 minutes before)- 5g Creatine and Hydroxy Cut
IntraWorkout - Xtend (you can start sipping these on the way to the gym)
PostWorkout - Whey, Vitargro s2
I might also mention that Vitargro s2 might not be the best thing to use if you are trying to shed some fat (guessing you are form the hydroxycut).
All them quick carbs and that insulin spike are not really optimal on a cut.

I thought about that as well also (the Vitargo), but from what I've read spoke with other members on here, I should still see pretty good gains and lean up at the same time.
Thought I would give it a try.
Thanks for the advice, much appreciated!
As far as the Creatine goes, I should only be concerned with the pre-workout and only take it on training days?

So many different views on creatine lol.
I would def take it before, and I take it every day (on off days in the morning with or before breakfast).
Other people say to not take it on off days cuz there is no point, and the benefits of taking it on off days are minimal if any (which is true) but if it is minimal ill stake take it.
And some also say to take it post workout.
I used to do half before half after, but after reading and researching I just think it makes sense to take it all before.
