Add in 3-4 egg whites to your first meal and remove maybe 1 normal egg.
lunch seems is good could add 1/2 a broccoli in there
maybe get some canned chicken/tuna maybe 130-150grams instead of shake for afternoon tea
Dinner looks fine aslong as its 200grams+ of meat
Pre bed low fat cottage cheese is the way to go
Wait untill you see some decent fat loss results before you use the hydroxycut imo
Good luck

Good luck i cant use eggwhites for a couple of weeks because woolworths stopped selling them so im waiting for my shipment from the supplier.
i have so far lost 6kg's of fat whilst eating like this.
But it has seemed to slow down alot.
The past week i have stayed the same weight (74kg's) and today i am 75kg's so im a little bit worried
gonna try other places for eggwhites

Actually looks pretty straight man, plus you said you have been seeing good results so I would not change a thing till it's needed.
Weights would definitely be a big plus too for you.

Why?
He is at 1500-1700 calories, if anything that might be too little.
I would make sure to eat that cottage cheese at night, good slow digesting protein keeps your muscles fed overnight.
As long as your lifts don't go down and you're not feeling crappy just stick with what you're doing, it looks like its working well for you.

I was told to do bodyweight times ten for calorie intake which is 1620.
So i usually sit in that area.
I dont rlly like cottage cheese lol.
I'll try start eating it.

I was told i need plenty of fat in a low - no carb diet which is why i kept them.
So i dunno. should i throw out the yolk?
Quote: : kangaroo is an animal in australia.
It's said to be one of the leanest types of protein avaialable as it has pretty much no fat.
Very low in sodium and has about 5 grams monosaturated fat per seving
as an animal they look like this
at the local grocery store they come like this

I dont actually know what turkey bacon is to be honest lol.
But it looks and tastes like bacon and has 1.5g fat per serve as opposed to normal bacon which has 20g of fat per serve.
would it aid in the fat burning process to start taking hydroxycut hardcore?
I reckon i only have 5 - 10kg's till i get decent abs
