We allow file hosting scripts, but if we get complaints against particular files hosted, then you will have to remove them.
Number of visitors handled depends on the type of website.
1000 visitors on a plain html site is possible, php maybe, php mysql, may not be possible.
You can always burst to 1 GB RAM for a few minutes or you can upgrade to a higher VPS upto 4 GB guaranteed RAM.
Higher than that, we offer vps clouds or dedicated servers.
