Rather than bulky muscule ?

Do more reps and lighter wgts? I am taking Creatine and Protein and Hydroxycut cut.

Any other supplement can help to have lean and nice cutting?

Not easy to get big, Not easy to get bulk, Not easy to get big, Not easy to get bulk, Trust me... Btw, that's alot of stuff u takin!

No, training can still be heavy.

Just limit muscle growth by looking at your diet while losing fat to probably ~10% or slightly more/less.

Creatine will cause u to become bulky leh

My personal experience when cutting, which im doing now.

Lost abt 3 kg in abt 3 mth, maybe not a lot but my strength has been goin up, ironically.

I stick to low reps, plus supersets.

Like 100kg deads for 3 reps then superset with bench for another 3.

Sufficient intensity to retain muscle mass but I'm not growing bigger for sure.

When you can snatch the 16kg for 200 reps in 10 minutes, i guarantee you get a six pack.

Go for regular runs.

Need to burn fats in order to be lean. for cutting, just maintain your free weights.

If you eat enough protein from meal no need whey.

If your workout volume is not high, you dont really need creatine.

So do you think you are eating and doing enough to need supplementation?

Wah piang.. i think this is doable if not for the blisters and the sweat on the palms..

Instead of worring about things that doesn't really matter, why not focus on things that do matter?

Mates, I've spoken to people who take hydroxy-cut...is it safe? I've lost most of my bulk by purely cutting carbs and go for a full blown protein diet and firing my metabolism. It does make you a bit lethargic but you'll get used to it.

Oh my god, I been eating a lot of rice.

W/o rice can't survive , very easy hungry.

Any advise. I can feel tat my muscle is bigger but lack of cutting.

Hunger is psychological la. change it to lean protein and stuff yourself with vegetables. 500grams of spinach will do the trick.

I also want. The belly fat is really stubborn.

Hard to go away.
