A Weekly Featured Blog - Gadget for Profiles - Blog Ring Information & Announcements - Yuku Blogs - Profile & Blog Tips & Tricks - Message Board - Yuku

This new gadget I have created for the profiles is entirely optional but if you don't install it then you can't be part of it I am afraid. This is for a weekly featured blog - Totally seperate from the featured blog on the Yuku Blog Ring home pages.� With that one all will get a turn as long as your blog is active. With this new gadget those that place it on their profiles will take a turn at being featured. The gadget will only work in an htlm block.

It will not work in the html of a profile although it will work in the html of a board. Click get widget - Click on Flash - Collect the code and paste it into one of your small blocks. You then wont have to do anything else.

As I change the code in the widget box it will automatically update on your profile. Please let me know in here if you are going to put the widget on your profile and I will include you in the rotation of featured blogs. I can't get it to show up on my profile block, for some reason the block won't take the code. Never mind got it to work now. Last Edited By: Portia Nicole 28 March, 2009 01:25:16.

Oh goodie. It seems though that widgetbox have a problem.

There widgets aren't accepting feed url changes, which means that I can't change the blog showing at the moment. It has been reported to widgetbox that there is a problem so hopefully they will sort it soon.

I am going to try and see if I can get it to work.
