This is very simple. Any song you enjoy/like whether it's new or old, link in the form of youtube or similar. Please only post one per post. Thanks.

I'm still on the fence with Lady Gaga.

Her songs can be a bit catchy, but she's a hell of a pretentious twat. My song: Diamonds and Rust, as performed live by Judas Priest (song originally written and performed by American folk singer Joan Baez). Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.

Beast and the Harlot from one of my most favourite bands - Avenged Sevenfold Join Me In AQ Worlds....

I do like that band Beth, but that one song frustrates the hell out of me.

Excellent, really rocking intro and verse, but then the chorus comes in and spoils it for me (chorus sounds like it belongs to a boyband or something >.<).

Still a great band with some amazing songs though. I won't link another song I like til tomorrow, otherwise I could just keep spamming in this thread all day. Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.

Pfffft heathen!!!

I LOVE That song and the chorus is S catchy! She's a dweeling place for deeeem ns! Join Me In AQ Worlds....

My submission for the day: Blue Orchid, by The White Stripes Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.

Since I'm determined to keep this thread alive, here's another from me :P This is Frank Turner, with Worse Things Happen at Sea I love this song Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.

Not for the easily offended...but definitely for the easily amused.

Muse, performing their cover of Feeling Good Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.

Nice song Scrote.

Haven't listened to The Almighty since the days of Headbangers Ball on MTV :D So from a similar era (possibly a little earlier though), here's Skid Row with Slave to the Grind Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.

They did some good stuff it's a pity they didn't really get anywhere.

Me and the wife interviewed them in the studio whilst they were recording 'Crank'. Spooky that you chose Skid Row.

I listened to that album whilst dying in the gym on Thursday night.

Hey Scrote, fun but useless fact here with regards to Skid Row: prior to the release of the Youth Gone Wild vinyl they held a competition for fans to send in pictures of themselves "going wild", with the winning photos being printed on the inside sleeve of the record.

My sister and her mate are on one of the photos that was printed :D Anyway, more music! Time now for a bit of German industrial metal, combined with a fucked-up Snow White-esque video.

This is Rammstein, with the song Die Sonne.

Enjoy Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.

Sebastian Bach was a gobby bastard but Skid Row were such a good band.

You should post a pic of that record sleeve if you have one. They were n the same line up as The Almighty at the '92 Monsters of Rock, Iron Maiden Skid Row Thunder Slayer W A S P The Almighty For me The Almighty were the highlight of that show and the hairs on the back of my neck actually stood on end when they were playing.

In my opinion the only weak link in that line-up was Thunder. A further little aside before i go on and introduce the next act.

Ricky Warwick was married to the video jock on Headbangers Ball at the time.

We managed to meet and secure an interview with her as well. Anyhoo.. From Donington '92

Haha, love the short interview at the end of that.

Nico McBrain for Prime Minister tbh. Veering a little away from classic early 90's metal again now, on to a rock band from North America called Clutch, with the song The Mob Goes Wild. Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.

I really like that! A total change of direction here.

I love both the song and the video

The Incredibly awesome Soil, with Halo

Was never really into Danzig but i like this song

Heart Shaped Glasses, by Marilyn Manson.

Nice, and rather sexy video, with a very catchy song to accompany it. Yesterday upon the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there, He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish, he'd go away.
