Ordered Sun O, Wardruna, and Isis.

Have to wait on the new Pelican until it comes out. Gothic Kabbalah is great.

As for Twisted Sister, get the live DVD version if you can still find it.

Oh, and they just released a new song and video for the bands anniversary...

I love Isis, one of my favourite bands.

Oh, and I still haven't gotten around to picking up a copy of Karl Sanders' second solo album... BTW: Megadeth's new album "Endgame" is out on the 15th.

Supposed to be a nice slab of oldschool Deth.

Lynch Mob - Smoke and Mirrors This one already came out, but I haven't found it anywhere yet.

Everyone has been giving it pretty good reviews.

Even though I feel like George Lynch has somewhat passed his prime in recent years, supposedly he's on top form again on this record.

Reviewers are saying some songs resemble the "Wicked Sensation" days.

If this is true, I'm totally there.

Also, since original singer Oni Logan is back, that means that this new record could really be a true return to the "Wicked Sensation" sound. Winger - Karma Yes, Winger.

Go ahead and laugh.

But if you're laughing, it probably means you're not too familiar with Winger, and just jumped on the Winger-bashing bandwagon after seeing a few episodes of Beavis and Butt-head in the 90's.

Their last album, Winger IV, had a dark, progressive tilt that would even please all you salivating Dream Theater fanboys, but apparently their new record is a return to old form.

From the tracks I've heard so far, it's more upbeat and straightforward than Winger IV, more closely resembling their earlier works "Winger I" and "Pull".

They seem to have toned down the progressive flair in favor of their original, riff-driven and balls-out style.

But the cool thing is that the new tracks I've heard sound modern and current, despite being a stylistic throwback to their early days. General Ceel Re: Some Albums I'm interested in getting..

Virgin Black are simply amazing.

I haven't even seen them live yet, which is shameful, but I love all of their 'Requiem' series. Isis are awesome too, I prefer them to Pelican anyday.

Forget Sunn O))), though.

Teenagers are the last people on earth I would call the Sunn O audience.
