Yedda Question on Yedda - People. Sharing. Knowledge.
How do you delete or inactivate a question you have asked on yedda?

Well, I will tell you that I have been trying to find that out myself on how to erase a question here on Yedda.
After a year of having posted a question and no one responded, you would want to erase that question and somehow I can't do that either, so please let me know when you find out what the mistery is.

Yedda staff are the only ones who can delete questions.
Use the 'Feedback' link found at the upper right of your screen.
Once the page comes up, select the appropriate topic from the pull-down menu and then type your request in the accompanying text box.
Please allow up to a week or so for your question to be deleted, as Yedda staff receive a lot of mail (more since the format change) and it may take a while for them to get to your request.
In the meantime, if you wish to alter the question so it can no longer be read by the members, you can use the 'Edit' function to backspace through the text and delete the text so as to make it appear to be gone.
(Be advised that people will still be able to click on the question and read any replies you may have received.)
