Hi,
I am a new member and i have to need your help.
I have applied for student Visa but my Visa has been refused Due to bank statment.Can i apply Again for student Visa or not?if yes plz guide me.

Sorry,but I did not get it..'visa refused because of bank statement'..What went wrong with your bank statement..Please provide details of rejection.So that people in this forum may be able to advice you better in this regard.

Experts these are the reasons.
1You have not provided acceptable evidence that the amount of funds you have is sufficent to meet course fees,Living Cost and school costs in Australia.
2.Your application for astudent visa has also been assessed against the requirements of the other sub classes relating to the student(Temporary)(Class TU)visa.
As i am not sarsified that you meet the requiments for grant og a student Temporary)(Class TU)visa,you application must ne refused under section 65of the Migration Act.

You are required to show a particular sum of money in a prescribed format to the AHC.
In this case you have not been able to show the required amount.
Maybe you feel it was correct, but obviously there was some deficit.

This is the main reason why.
What country are you from?
If you have an agency like IDP, please visit them and have your correct visa assessment level told to you and then plan your fresh application.
Do not worry, you can apply again but ensure this time you are submitting a 100% transparent application with all necessary documents in the required format.
If you must wait 6 months to get everything in order and then apply.

Thanks Doctor.I am From Pakistan and i dont know which is the best agency.
If you know some agency plz tell me.I am worried because some body told me that you will never get the Visa.I have Money but I dont know Visa Assessment level plz Experts help me.

Pomi, all the money in the world will not help you get your visa.
You need to file it according to their rules and regulations.
Here are some agencies in Pakistan : AEO, AusPak, HR and RMT.
Now I suggest you stop asking questions here and get in touch with an agent who will help you.
Also this forum has about 20 threads with discussions from Pakistan so please read through them before asking questions as a lot of answers are available.

Experts i have told my case to all the Agencies mention above but they all said that you cant got Visa.They said that you should have to Forgot Australia,they will never give you Visa.If someone specialy from Pakistan help me about this i am very thank ful to him.
My consultant chaeted me.I have to need yor help Experts plz help me
